Delivery of Hartje Eindhoven in autumn 2012
We expect that it will be possible to live in the first apartments in the autumn of 2012. The initial plan was to deliver per group of residential blocks (first carré 1 next to the Philips Stadium, then carré 2 and then Hartje New York). But because the delivery is delayed and we do not want the future residents to wait unnecessarily long, we are looking for the possibility to deliver per residential building.

Now for sale or rent: twelve of the sixteen residential buildings
Twelve of the sixteen residential buildings are currently for sale or rent. As soon as one of the last four buildings are placed for sale or rent (Hartje New York, Gent, Kaapstad en Rome), we will post the prices on the website and then send an e-mail to everyone who has registered with us as an interested party. You then have approximately two weeks to indicate your residential preferences. We will then start assigning the homes.
