  1. How do I become eligible for a rented property in Hartje Eindhoven?
    For available homes in Hartje Eindhoven you can  contact our estate agents. You can also complete the preference form (pdf or online) and send it to us. To be able to rent, you must  meet an income standard: your (collective) gross monthly income must be at least equal to four times the monthly rent. If you earn three times the monthly rent you can transfer a deposit or submit a bank guarantee. If you earn less than three times the monthly rent it will unfortunately not be possible for you to rent in Hartje Eindhoven.
    It is not necessary to be registered at the local council or a housing association.

  3. When will the next buildings be on the sale or rental market and how can I
    register for this?

    It is not yet known when the last seven residential buildings will be put on the sale and rental market. As soon as a residential building is on the sale or rental market we will post the prices on the website and then send an e-mail to everyone who has registered with us as an interested party. You then have approximately two weeks to indicate your residential preferences. We will then start assigning homes.
  4. Which homes are available and which are not?
    Under the tab 'Find apartment' you can search for the apartments of your
    preference. In the column 'status' you can see whether the home in question is still
    available, or if it is, e.g., reserved or an option has been placed on it. If you see a
    horizontal line, this means that this home is not yet for sale or rent.
  5. Can I get a good mortgage at Hartje Eindhoven?

  6. Where is the Hartje Eindhoven info centre?

  7. Can I apply for a rent supplement? 
    The rents of a number of homes are under the rent limit of € 652.52 (rent limit 2011). Under certain circumstances (including income) you are eligible for a rent supplement. Would you like to know whether you are eligible for a rent supplement? Go to www.toeslagen.nl.
  8. Can I order a brochure?
    Yes. If you register through this site you can log in to ‘My Hartje Eindhoven’ and download the brochure or have it posted to you. You can also collect the brochure in the Hartje Eindhoven info centre. Other information, such as drawings, dimensions and location is included on this website.
  9. How do I save my favourite appartments?
    When you log in to My Hartje Eindhoven you can manage your favourite apartments. Adding your favourite does not immediately give you an option on the apartment. You can contact our estate agents for the taking of options.
  10. How high are the service costs?
    The service costs are supplemental to the net rent and relate to the common areas like the entrance spac and stairwell. For example costs of electricity, water, lift maintenance and cleaning. The height of these costs are as follows:
    • Hartje Rio, Tokio and Helsinki: 60 Euros per month
    • Hartje Milaan, Hamburg, Barcelona, Berlijn and New York: 65 Euros per month
    • A rented parking place: 15 Euros per month
    • A rented storage room: 5 Euros per month
    Attention: you pay these costs every month as an advance payment. You will receive a final statement every year in which we settle the costs actually incurred with the advance payment.
  11. How high is the owner's association contribution?
    The estate agent can inform you of the height of the owner's association contribution for each appartment
  12. When are all definitive prices known?
    When we start on the sale or renting of a certain building we determine the rental or sale prices and announce them on this website.
    At this moment (May 2012) the prices are known for twelve residential buildings: Hartje Tokio, Hartje Wenen, Hartje Monaco, Hartje Sydney, Hartje Antwerpen, Hartje Rio, Hartje Helsinki, Hartje Hamburg, Hartje Milaan, Hartje Barcelona, Hartje Berlijn and Hartje New York.
  13. Do I have a parking place near my home?
    There is a three-layer parking basement under Hartje Eindhoven. With six residential buildings (Hartje Hamburg, Milaan, Barcelona, Berlijn, Londen and New York) the rent includes the parking place and storage. With the other ten residential buildings the rent and sale prices of the apartments exclude the parking place. You do have the possibility to buy a parking place (€ 20,000 owner-occupied) or to rent (€ 85 per month).
    May I have two? Yes.
    May I also have none? Yes.
    May I also rent one and buy one? Yes, that is also permitted.
  14. Do I have storage with my home?
    In ten residential buildings (Hartje Sydney, Monaco, Wenen, Antwerpen, Tokio, Hamburg, Milaan, Barcelona, Berlijn and Londen) the storage is included in the sale or rental price. For Hartje Tokio there is also an option to cancel the storage. Tenants then receive 15 Euros per month back.
    For the remaining residential buildings it applies that the storage is not included in the purchase or rental price. Buyers then pay 2500 to 7500 Euros extra for storage.Tenants pay 15 to 35 Euros per month extra.
    The storage rooms are located on different layers of the parking basement and on the ground floor.
  15. Do I have bicycle storage with my home?
    There are several collective bicycle storage rooms in the parking basement. This is where all of the residents of Hartje Eindhoven can store their bicycle.
  16. What is the situation with the construction period interest costs?
    Construction period interest costs only apply to owner-occupied apartments. The construction period interest is only 6 percent per year and runs from 1 August 2011 to the payment on the transfer of the deed of delivery.
  17. What brand are the kitchens?
    The kitchens in the appartments of Hartje Eindhoven are produced by Keller Keukens. You can find more information about the kitchens in our infocentre. If you want to visit the infocentre, we advise you to make an appointment first by calling us on number 040   - 85 16 999.
  18. When will the homes be delivered?
    We expect that it will be possible to live in the first apartments after the summer of 2012. The initial plan was to deliver per group of residential blocks (first carré 1 next to the Philips Stadium, then carré 2 and then Hartje New York). But because the delivery is delayed and we do not want the future residents to wait unnecessarily long, we are looking for the possibility to deliver per residential building.
  19. Which notary does Hartje Eindhoven have?
    The project notary of Hartje Eindhoven is Schäfer, Ruusbroeclaan 28 in Eindhoven.
  20. Is there a construction guarantee for Hartje Eindhoven?
    Yes, the SWK guarantee and assurance scheme applies to Hartje Eindhoven. If the contractor comes into financial difficulties during the construction phase  the house will be completed for the buyer without extra charge. In addition the contractor guarantees a certain architectural quality of the home from three months after the delivery. Click here for more information.
  21. What kind of floor is possible to place in my home?
    All apartments in Hartje Eindhoven have floor heating in combination with a so-called floating screed. This floating screed ensures a good sound insulation, making it possible to place hard floors in your home, such as laminate and parquet. Hereby a number of pre-conditions apply.
